1. Order Processing

We offer standard shipping across India.

Orders under ₹499: Standard shipping charges apply.

Orders above ₹999: Eligible for Free Shipping.

Estimate Delivery : 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Carriers

All shipments are handled through reliable courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Damages

Ateniv Enterprises is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only ship within India.
